October Book of the Month

Our featured book for October is Hip and Hop by Akala. Hip, a wise hippo; and Hop, his energetic bird friend are taking part in the Blueberry Hill bike race. Hop struggles at first, but with help from Hip, they learn that you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it! Focus on your dreams and go!

After reading this book, write a song or poem using the verse- “You can do anything if you try, You can do anything, ride or fly, Don’t let anybody tell you no. Focus on your dreams and go!” – as a chorus. Of course, as always, the Bible is the best book for inspiration to remind us that we can do anything through God’s power – Philippian 4:13.

Do remember to share your song or poem with us by emailing it to us at info@brixkidz.org.
